dc.description.abstractI have prepared this report based on the twelve week Internship Program which I have successfully completed from Sonali Bank Limited, Malibagh Branch. I started my Internship from to24th December, 2018 which is a requirement of my BBA program. As a fresher I got the opportunity to experience actual banking system which was completely different from the theoretical knowledge. I have prepared this report in a sequence with several parts. At the beginning of the report I have discussed about the overview of Sonali Bank Limited including management system, various departments and people. Before explaining main information I have mentioned research methodologies and limitations. Later I discussed about the interactions I had with the supervisors and staffs. I have also mentioned some problems and recommendations to those problems. I could learn a lot about banking during my Internship Program. This real life experience will be very beneficial to my career and future.en_US
