dc.description.abstract	The Purchase Approval System is business software that helps to automate the purchasing function of the organization. An organization can process their purchase paperwork through this system. Each step requires a certain user to approve or reject the process to move ahead to the next step, and this approval can be done by only clicking a button. So it saves time and avoids the lengthy processes to approve on different steps to finally reach the target. The system also provides a comparison view to compare prices given by multiple vendors to ensure the consistency of minimum price and best quality goods to be purchased.	en_US
