dc.description.abstract | This report is based on internship program. The main objective of this report is human resource activities of the City Bank Limited (CBL). City Bank is one of the fastest growing commercial banks in Bangladesh. I had a great experience working with them. They are established a central banking system. Recently they are updating their mission, vision, goals and values. The report is discussed human resource activities of City Bank Limited. The report is categorized in 7 (seven) sections. First section is about objective, scope, mission, vision, methodology and limitations. The second section is discussed about company profile of CBL. The third section is discussed about theoretical practices of human resource management. The forth section is discussed about the human resource practices in City Bank Limited. The fifth section is discussed about the experiences and skills that I have gained through the whole internship program. The sixth section is discussed about the findings and analysis and the seventh section is discussed about recommendation and conclusion. | en_US |
