Along these lines, a bank like Social Islami Bank Ltd should have a suitable training and development office to redesign the learning and productivity of the representatives. An authentic Human Resource Division with adequate training and development office can make Social Islami Bank Limited more capable and make it the best bank in Bangladesh.en_US
