|dc.description.abstract||This report is based on the topic of Marketing and Sales of Industrial Gases in Linde Bangladesh Ltd. This is the reflection of the learning and experience acquired through an opportunity that associated within Linde Bangladesh Ltd, for an internship under Sale and Marketing department of Industrial Gases. Along with that some other sub departments like Customer relationship, Customer and Medical Engineering Service (C&MES) Department., Hard Goods etc. provided their support to prepare the internship report.
The main reason of this report is to know about the target market, product, selling ways of Industrial Gases Department. It also shows the present condition of the company through the SWOT analysis. The market demand is high of the products but there have more opportunity in the Application Sales department.
The product portfolio of Linde is divided into four areas which are, Industrial Gases, Hard-Goods, Health Care, Medical Gases. They are providing different services in these specific areas. There have another department has started in the Linde Bangladesh which is Application Sales sector, which is basically working to find out new market for Linde where they have not reached yet.
After observing the organization, I have found that, they are not concern about branding of their products which is really not a good decision in this competitive market. Linde is a well-known company and people can faith on their products but in the market, there have different competitive are arising with products. So it’s really important to focus on branding and promotion of their products.
In the Industrial Gases department, they have divided the market in seven specific areas and also segmented those specific areas in more different forms. Linde is providing various types of gases for specific customers.||en_US
