dc.description.abstractIn the modern era banks are playing a vital role for the development of the whole economy .like any other country, this case is same in Bangladesh as well. Nowadays, the element of a bank have expanded to such an extent that it is considered as an exceptionally imperative specialist of advancement in a nation like our own .A bank is a financial institution that accepts deposits from the public and creates credit. Most nations have institutionalized a system known as fractional reserve banking under which banks hold liquid assets equal to only a portion of their current liabilities. Dutch Bangla Bank Limited is maintaining its business effectively in Bangladesh from 28, 1991 onwards. Their survival is exists simply because of their customers and their collaboration. Dutch Bangla Bank one of the most popular bank in banking sector. The bank’s HR policy system is also very strong. This report formalizes the summary of ‘’HR policy & system ‘’ of Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd. Their better HR policy and offices are up and coming to fulfill the majority of its clients. Client administration is expected to get a handle on the client and to proceed with the business exchange appropriately. DBBL commenced formal operation from June 3, 1996 .The bank is listed with the Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and Chottogrm Stock Exchange Limited. DBBL is a scheduled joint venture commercial bank between local Bangladeshi parties by M Sahauddin Ahmed (Founder & Chairman) and Dutch company FMO. Dutch Bangla bank supports social work and is one off the largest private donors in Bangladesh. The bank donates towards social awareness programs, medical &educational fields. DBBL has the largest scholarship program in Bangladesh .In 2007, the bank won the Bangladesh Business Awards for the being the ‘Best Financial Institution’ mainly for its commitment to technology and community service. Human resource and the management is truly one of the functional and credible areas in the organization .DBBL is ensure the dynamic environment organization Human Resource policy the guideline of any bank, where the HR issues are suggested to manage.
