dc.description.abstractThis internship report is aimed at providing a broad picture of area of general banking activities and customer service of Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd. I have worked on general banking department of Shahjalal Islami bank Ltd. During my internship period, I get to know lots of thing related to general banking activates and also how they provide superior customer service. In this internship report, I presented all of my working experience during my three month internship period. The report has been divided into seven chapters such introduction, profile of SJIBL, General Banking activities and customer service of, SWOT analysis of SJIBL, job responsibilities and duties, recommendation and conclusion. For preparing this report, I have used both primary and second data. Work experience and face to face conversation with the respective officer of the SJIBL branch was the main mode to collect primary data and for secondary data website of SJIBL and various publications are observed.en_US
