dc.description.abstractTourism business in Bangladesh is now very emerging as tourists from different countries visiting frequently here. Thousands of hotels and resorts offering luxurious and target customer oriented facilities also. As a result, these hotels and resorts come out with the competitions between them. It is very challenging to introduce a new resort with the surrounding competition and situation. Inclosing The Jungle Eco Resort Limited in the area of Bhawal National Park will not only facing a marketing challenge but also facing difficulties to attract local and foreign people. Again, our main target customers are the affluent class, we are providing premium and royal services at a high or premium price. People nowadays love to pass their leisure time in places like fresh air and comfort. So, naturally, our potential customers will be the modern people who have a sense of eco-tourism also the adventure loving people who will get the proper fun of jungle resort. Now if we look closer into our country then we can understand the fact that, Bangladesh is gifted by many mountains, rivers, and places for living with friends and family in peace. It will be easier to start this resort with the eco comfort environment. People also love to spend their holidays in such a place with eco ambient and mood. The main objective of this resort is to arranging an exciting and mind-blowing holiday package for the target customers. As per the study, the possibility of annual growth rate is 6.1% near up to 12 years. We can easily contribute to the annual growth rate by running this resort in that area.en_US
