As an intern, I specialized in Financial Management and Cost Control as well as Inventory Tracking for various real estate projects. The report talks about the financial performance of projects such as Kadam Ali Palace, Mizanur Rahman Palace, Solaiman Tower and others. The analysis highlights important metrics like ROI, ROE, ROIC ROCE and ROA, indicating excellent profitability and efficient use of capital for the company's different projects. This is a world I have never been exposed to, and the internship taught me how to apply academic knowledge to real-world situations as well as some of the difficulties you face when running a project in a real estate context. | en_US |
