| dc.description.abstract | This internship report presents a comprehensive overview of my practical learning experience at Rupsha Enterprise, one of Bangladesh’s prominent import and sourcing companies specializing in footwear, leather goods, and fashion accessories primarily sourced from China. The primary purpose of the internship was to create a meaningful link between the theoretical concepts I learned in my academic coursework and the dynamic, real-world practices of supply chain and inventory management within an import-dependent business environment.
Throughout the internship, I was actively involved in several core operational activities, particularly those related to inventory handling and warehouse coordination. My responsibilities included receiving and inspecting imported shipments, verifying product quality and quantity, organizing and labeling items within the warehouse, updating stock records, and assisting in the preparation and dispatch of goods to various retail and wholesale customers. These activities helped me understand how accuracy, documentation, and workflow synchronization play a crucial role in maintaining inventory integrity. The report also provides an in-depth discussion of Rupsha Enterprise’s inventory management system. | en_US |
