dc.description.abstractThe plastic industry in Bangladesh is of great importance as it encompasses around 5,000 companies that create job opportunities for approximately 1.2 million individuals. Plastic is integral to various sectors such as textiles, healthcare, construction, electronics, energy, automotive, and more. Bangladesh focuses on manufacturing household items, packaging for food and pharmaceuticals, garments, toys, sanitary products, and construction materials like PVC pipes. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive examination of Alvi Plastic's sales operations within the Bangladeshi market, with a specific focus on competition dynamics, market leadership, and strategic positioning. One of the main goals, in this case, is to evaluate how effective these existing advertising techniques are and what factors stand in the way of achieving the desired level of sales management. To counter these challenges, some recommendations have been put forward. Such include the use of active report devices, simplification of the sales process in order to maximize efficiency, assessing and adding new technologies, and putting in place effective customer care systems. Additionally, enhancements to customer support systems and improvements in client assistance mechanisms are suggested. Advanced strategies such as sophisticated data analysis, targeted training programs to motivate sales professionals, and further optimization of sales procedures are also recommended. Moreover, aligning the brand's strategy with emerging successful trends is emphasized as crucial for sustained success in the competitive Bangladeshi plastics industry. This analysis seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of Alvi Plastic's current market position, aiming to support strategic initiatives that enhance market presence, stimulate growth, and reinforce the company against formidable industry competition. Through the implementation of these recommended strategies, the organization aims to achieve its objectives effectively and ensure sustainable business success.en_US
