dc.description.abstractThis paper aims at identifying how bKash Limited is innovating the payroll digitization solution market especially within the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry where it has eased remuneration payment and enhanced employee welfare through mobile money services. It discusses use of advertising, branding and social networking tools used by the marketing division of bKash to popularize the payroll service. The aforementioned goals are focused on promoting a cashless society and making employees avail services like saving, loans by using their mobile phones. The campaigns are directed to employers and employees as organizational performance and employee satisfaction are the main goals. In particular, the marketing division is closely involved in promoting payroll adoption and helping to increase access to financial services for millions of workers in Bangladesh.en_US
