A superior coordination between hypothesis and practice can be expanded to finish this program. The report is a gathering of three months’ internship program along with Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). An overview of corporate governance concerning the FBCCI is given in this study. The FBCCI, as the highest business organization in Bangladesh, is essential in encouraging good governance practices both within its operations and among its member organizations. The report describes how FBCCI supports the formulation and use of corporate governance guidelines aimed at promoting openness, accountability, and long-term economic development in the private sector.
This report's main goal is to assess and examine the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry's (FBCCI) corporate governance procedures and how they affect the organization's member organizations' efforts to promote good governance practices.
At first, I talk about the basic part, which has been evolved to accomplish the entire report appropriately. It likewise shows some key highlights like the objective, and significance of the report to initiate the reader to understand more thoroughly. Then I discussed an in-depth analysis of the company and industry preview. Here I talked about the company profile with history, vision, mission, objective, Impact and Achievements, strategy, wings and their recent activities. Then I talk about the Objectives of the Study and Data Collection Process. Notable, primary and secondary data are used for forming this report. The remaining part consists of recommendations and a conclusion.
The study also emphasizes how FBCCI promotes programs aimed at developing capacity, harmonizes corporate operations with international standards, and advocates for changes to governance.
