In designing an optimized sales strategy with employees, it is crucial to aim for a well-balanced approach that both satisfies the consumer and drives sales. Coders Trust Bangladesh (CTBD) exhibits a resilient method for overseeing sales techniques in the fiercely competitive field of freelance instruction. CTBD clearly emphasizes a customer- centric approach by using innovative technology and a dynamic workforce to optimize its sales strategies, as shown by a thorough investigation. The main aim of this study is to analyze the concept of effective management of sales strategies employed by Coders Trust Bangladesh, an organization specializing in skill training and development, to effectively manage its income through the implementation of various sales and marketing strategies. The organization is dedicated to making decisions based on data and providing ongoing training. The key suggestions include the implementation of robust CRM systems, utilization of data analytic, adoption of customer segmentation strategies, provision of continuous training, and establishment of strategic alliances. The organization prioritizes the capacity to adjust to new circumstances, ongoing education, and achieving a harmonious integration of technology and personal interaction in sales methods.
