The advancement of society has led to an increase in the competitive advantage of businesses, prompting companies to enhance their productivity on a national and international scale. Consequently, in the 21st century, companies must expedite their innovation efforts while also conducting a thorough analysis of the performance of their human resource management to ensure corporate success. Unfortunately, certain companies often encounter difficulties in implementing effective management strategies for their employees, primarily due to their failure to establish comprehensive human resource management practices that align with organizational objectives. This internship report on "Overall Human Resource Management Practices of Tower Freight Logistics Limited (TFLL)" has been completed to satisfy the guidelines' demand that it understand the application of theoretical knowledge in the practical sectors. Commercial Logistics Company in Bangladesh, TFLL operates effectively in the country's logistics companying sector. Basically, the report's major objective is to examine the HRM practices of TFLL, to determine how HRM activities are performing correctly and how to sustain them, and to attempt a study of the department's strengths and weaknesses, difficulties, and most likely solutions. My internship experience at Tower Freight Logistics Limited (TFLL) served as the basis for this research. Therefore, I made an effort to include my findings in this report and to present my perspective on Logistics Company Ltd.'s HRM practices. I did everything I could during my three-month internship at a reputed logistics company like TFLL to become familiar with HRM procedures. I used both primary and secondary sources of data when putting together the report. Over the period of 75 working days, a genuine report might be written quickly. The research has several flaws as a result of its restrictions. It could be a very difficult and time-consuming procedure to learn everything there is to know about the HRM Practices of the Logistics Company. The entire report is broken down into five distinct chapters. This report's chapters each contain pertinent details about the report. Here, I attempt to present the background, history, and corporate culture of Tower Freight Logistics Limited as well as the majority of the operations included in the overall system of the Logistics Company's human resource management.en_US
