dc.description.abstractBitspearhead Limited began its operations as an ad-tech in 2016 and has led significant innovation in the Bangladeshi digital space ever since. Bitspearhead primarily serves as a YAHOO! approved reseller. When dealing with brands, Bitspearhead mainly lets them know that they have direct ad space available on ESPN CRICinfo, POKKT, Yahoo, Sizmek DSP, IMO, Beauty-plus and Truecaller, Share-it, and Viber. As the company is a direct publisher in Bangladesh, there is no need for clients to place bids, resulting in stable prices. Additionally, the company offers prime inventory, such as pop-up ads on ESPN and Cricbuzz, which Google DSP cannot supply.Bitspearhead is renowned for having a competitive edge over all other advertising agencies and advertisers in Bangladesh because it is the country's sole reseller of international brands. In my report, I addressed the company's current operations, marketing mix strategy, and SWOT analysis. I attempted to use Porter's Five Forces model to illustrate the function and operations of the firm's segment in the Bangladeshi advertising business. Examining Bitspearhead Limited's current sales and business development operations and activities is the main objective of this study. An overview of the findings is provided at the end, along with a set of suggestions for improving departmental efficiency.en_US
