dc.description.abstractGeneral Banking & Talent Management Practices of Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. is the main topic of this report. The introduction begins with my understanding of the banking system and the differences between general banking and Islamic banking system. To make this report primary and secondary both data were used. There are seven chapters in this report. Chapter one is about some basic information like the report’s source and background. Chapter two is about objectives of the study, primary and secondary objectives. Chapter three is about the methodology of the study like, primary and secondary data, sample size, sampling technique or procedure, data collection process, data analysis technique & limitations. Chapter four Additionally, it describes Islamic banking concepts and differences between traditional banks and Islamic banks. Detailed information on Islamic banks in Bangladesh, including their background and present situation. Chapter five covers findings and analysis which includes my observation on general banking and talent management practices of Islami bank Bangladesh Ltd. Moreover, it includes SWOT analysis of this bank. The recommendations and general conclusions reached after examining the entire study are covered in chapter six & chapter seven is about appendix of the report.en_US
