This study covers all aspects of Bangladesh's outsourcing opportunities and challenges. This article presents the opportunities and challenges of outsourcing in Bangladesh. There are four chapters in this study, each covering a different topic. Data-Path is the first business in Bangladesh specializing in this type of outsourcing. Data-Path is provided to the industry by July Business Services, the parent company. Because of the high average wages in the United States, they prefer to outsource their business operations to other countries. With Data-Path, I had a great internship experience that taught me a lot about the 401(K) industry and its accounting procedures. Before the sector can grow, it needs to overcome a number of significant challenges: Gartner rated Bangladesh "poor" in three key areas: data, language skills, infrastructure and intellectual property protection. One of the most pressing problems with outsourcing is poor infrastructure, such as frequent power outages and slow and erratic Internet connections.en_US
