    Abstract
This executive summary provides an overview of the study on managerial perceptions concerning work environment in Bangladesh. The report aims to identify and analyze the key components of work environment as perceived by managers in Bangladesh and their impact on employee engagement and performance. Through a survey and interviews with managers, the study finds that the following components are crucial for creating a positive work environment in Bangladesh: job satisfaction, flexibility, recognition, workforce diversity, interpersonal relationship, work-life balance, and opportunities for self-development. The report also identifies some challenges that managers face in creating a positive work environment in Bangladesh, including a lack of resources, limited access to training and development opportunities, and cultural norms that may hinder employee engagement and performance. Overall, the report concludes that managers in Bangladesh play a vital role in shaping the work environment and that addressing the key components identified in the report can lead to higher job satisfaction, improved employee performance, and greater organizational success. The report recommends that organizations in Bangladesh should prioritize creating a positive work environment by providing support to managers, investing in employee development, and promoting workforce diversity and inclusion.
