dc.description.abstractThis paper was prepared by observing the HR professionals involved in the HR outsourcing process. The report examines the function of HR in the process, the various arrangements typically utilized in HR outsourcing, and the business justification for such outsourcing. The report examines human resources procedures that could be outsourced, including payments, personnel planning, external hiring, transfers, employee rewards and recognition, and benefits administration. The report is differentiating grow n excel in compare to other HR consultancy firms in Bangladesh. In the history of the organization, it states that grow n excel is the best human resources and management consulting company in the nation. To promote Bangladesh's economic and social development and to enable the country to reach the next level of growth and excellence. They collaborate with their clients and stakeholders to advance the knowledge economy and talent capacities. To know the difference in detail, in the report few of the competitors of ‘grow n excel’, for example Talent centric, HR Bangladesh, Munshi HR solution, Frontdesk Bangladesh & Enroute is mentioned. The services they offer and the delivery to their clients are the specialty they have among all the competitors. When it comes to assisting clients in finding the most qualified candidates, they offer a strong value proposition. They have a wide network, in-depth understanding of the labor market, and the skills and knowledge to identify the ideal people to meet your needs. They employ a rigorous search for persons. On their team, there are members with extensive technical knowledge in each field of recruitment and selection. Moreover, I have explained my role and responsibilities in this firm. Where I learned how to sort tones of CVs in a day, as everyday new clients comes with increasing demand. The mapping of CV were CVs from CV pool were enlisted. I have to upload articles in the purpose to updating the social media platform, branding, knowledge desk and creating database of current HR employees in different organizations.en_US
