Payroll business is the digitalized solution of salary disbursement procedure that adds a whole new value to the people concerned with the process. This report consists of background of the company, the payroll business and their salary disbursement procedure, and the efforts directed to the better management of these payroll services in the context of bKash. The report has been developed for portraying the overall experience gathered during the completion of the internship program in Payroll Business, Commercial Division, bKash Limited. The whole report has been divided into nine Chapters. Each chapters of the report adds value to the report and makes the whole report a meaningful one. The bKash Payroll business process and operations were created with the goal of changing the lifestyle of lower-level workers or employees and thereby accelerating their living standards. However, among well-known organizations, this payroll service has become one of the most sought-after wage disbursement services. Hence the market is growing tremendously. The vision behind the payroll business solution is not just disbursing salaries but bringing the changes in the lifestyles of workers. It is to be believed that the whole economy will be shifted into digitization within no time meaning that people will rely more into e-money transactions; e-wallet will be heavily used rather than cash transaction. So here, bKash is providing the opportunity to lower-middle class people to have the experience of cashless economy and facilitating their payroll engagements.en_US
