dc.description.abstractIPDC is the most reliable and acknowledged non-banking financial institution in our country. In 1981 they started their journey and respectively become one of the prominent financial institutions in our country. It has developed much within a few years. Human Resource Department plays a vital role in every organization for getting advantage from the competitors through the competitive manpower. This is an outline for helping the employees to increase their organizational and personal knowledge, skill and abilities. There are many functions in the HRM for managing the employees and also making the employees more efficient, reliable and motivated to the company. This report presents briefly how the HRM department practices the functions at the IPDC finance Limited and what are procedures for recruitment, performance appraisal, training and development etc. And how HR makes the employees more competent based on the current market demand. In this report, I have tried to endorse all the HR functions and practices in detail followed by IPDC and provided some analysis and findings and found the flaw which is drawing the organization back. Also provided some recommendations that I think need to be focused by IPDC finance ltd.en_US
