dc.description.abstractThis is an internship report based on the internship program that I completed in Kazi Media Limited under the Human Resource Department as a requirement of my BBA program. The objective of the report is to identify how theories and concepts discussed in my educational program can be practiced in the aspect of Human Resource practices at a media organization in Bangladesh. As usual, primary data and secondary data were used to prepare this report. Primary data came from my day-to-day observation and interviewing their employees. Secondary data was collected from Organization's employee handbook, website, and relevant books. I tried to produce an unbiased and fair report. Here I have discussed how Kazi Media Limited runs its HR practices. In this report, I tried to focus on how they do their HR practices and what policies they follow in it. This report also shows my observation of their HR practices. This report provides some recommendations which may help to improve their practices. Finally, the report allows focusing on theories and concepts used in The Kazi Media Limited.en_US
