dc.description.abstractAnwar Group of Industry is one of the largest industrial renowned organization of Bangladesh. Over a century Anwar Group has been contributing to different sector of improvement of the country. There is a various field that serve the group of organization, as Building material division, automobile division, textile division, real estate division, finance division also various. Anwar group is committed to their consumers and clients, provides high value of service and generates higher revenue. This report consists of the overview of Anwar Group of Industries, their scope, objectives, mission, vision, methodology along with the process and contribution of the Human resources department. It also consist of the findings and recommendations of the group of organization. This internship report is created to complete a requirement for graduating from United University’s Bachelor of Business Administration degree. I have successfully completed my internship in the department of Human resources management and learn about the HR audit criteria and Recruitment and Selection process, also AGI employee development process by investigation and evaluation the employee performance. Employee development process of AGI is very effective that I experienced properly and I made this report about details the methods and technique ready to employee for future performance. The Human resources Department works very effectively and follow the best process to get the best potential employee to enhance their organization and also the employee benefit. The criteria is very knowledgeable to hiring processes, HR audit process employee development process, evaluation of employee performance, compensation and benefits rewards etc. Everyone know that in Bangladesh, Anwar group of industries is among the top conglomerates. The HR hire the most experience employee also they polish their employee by organizing many employee development program for they are able to maintain their tasks and activities appropriately and reach to the organization goal. In closing, AGI has a highest reputation in the Top industries because of its greater execution of work. My whole internship report is made all the process of recruitment and selection also development programs of employee.en_US
