dc.description.abstractIDLC Finance Limited is one of the renewed non-banking financial companies in Bangladesh. It started its operation in 1985. It has different kinds of products and services. IDLC Finance is the mother company. I have done my internship at IDLC Finance Limited and my topic is “Training and Development” practices at IDLC Finance Limited. HRM is the most important resource in any organization. To gain a competitive advantage HRM is needed. To maximize the employees’ performance level, “Training and Development” is the most necessary factor. This report contains the summary of “Training and Development” practices at IDLC. The 1st chapter contains the report context, objective of the report, motivation, scope, limitation, and methodology. The 2nd chapter presents the company overview and history. In the 3rd chapter, I describe the literature review of Human Resource management. In chapter four, I discuss the “Training and Development” related issues. In chapter five, I go into my internship experience, including my task, position, responsibility, skill, and knowledge. Finally, in the last chapter, I finished this report by including the conclusion, understanding, and recommendation.en_US
