dc.description.abstractAny firm that wants to increase its employees' abilities and performance must invest in Training and development. This report is based on a compilation of data that Janata Bank Limited uses and applies. I used both primary and secondary data in my analysis. Primary data is gathered through direct conversations with officers, while secondary data is gathered from annual reports, websites, and journals published by the banks. Janata Bank's profile, services and products used to serve clients, human resource policies, and the training and development process provided by officers to boost their productivity are all covered in this report. To gather accurate data, I surveyed the branch's personnel. Based on the survey results, I discovered several flaws in how they organize training programs for their staff, and I made recommendations to them.en_US
