dc.description.abstractThis internship report sums up the tasks done by CRM software in the organization I am currently doing my internship in. The report highlights the major tasks like storing customer records, including transaction details, customer profile information, and basic documents that the bank needs for opening an account. MTB doesn’t have individual software for CRM they use software developed by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) which is a renowned IT service provider for the business organization. They are a leading software development organization that develops software based on client preference. The software is multifunctional but isn’t multi-tasking enabled and requires much expertise to operate. Without technical knowledge about the software, it is not possible to operate. CRM software is integrated into TCS rather than independent software, which is sometimes a bit more of a hassle.en_US
