    Abstract
    The objective of this research was to examine the impact of appraisal procedures on’ academic employee productivity at Salaam University. The study's goals were to see how 360-degree feedback affected academic staff performance at Salaam University, how management by objective affected academic staff performance at Salaam University, and how the assessment center affected academic staff performance at Salaam University. Three conclusions were drawn from the findings, all of which were related to the specific objectives indicated.
