    Abstract
    Executive Summary The report of the Project has been titled as “Performance Appraisal of Employee: A Study of Al Tadamun Primary and Secondary School. The research is based on the study overall employees performance appraisal from Al Tadamun Primary and Secondary School in Mogadishu, Somalia. The study has been clearly established, the subsequently step in a proper explore task is to choose the cause since the data has been collected. Both primary and secondary data has been collected to find out evaluating human resource performance, the overall performance of the school could not be determined. The following methods were used: 1. Questionnaire: A questionnaire framework was created and sent to employees and workers. 2. Interview: One-on-one interviews and interactions with workers and contractors. 3. Observation: This is done by looking about the workplace. 4. Secondary data: Secondary data is information that has previously been acquired by someone or has gone through a statistical process. Secondary data sources are divided into two categories: published statistics and unpublished statistics. Books, journals, and other sources are available, as well as information gathered from numerous files, documents and the website https://mawdoo3.com. The major finding of the project is: 1. Performance Appraisal is the assessment of individual potential, according to more than half of the employees (72.5%). 2. Some employees (30%) are agnostic about the organization's performance appraisal system being sensible and fair. 3. Some employees (25 %) feel ambivalent about job requirements being communicated and duties being assigned by superiors. 4. The majority of employees (67.5 %) feel that the organization's performance appraisal process aids in employee training and development. 5. Some employees (5 %) vary that the organization's performance appraisal helps to recognize an individual's ability and potential. 6. Less than half of the employees (35 %) vary that the organization's performance evaluation system is satisfactory.
