|dc.description.abstract||In this rapid evolving era business are becoming more competitive. Private RMG organization are playing a vital role to boost the financial support of the country and helping in the rise of employment. As a marketing student I was always interested in RMG sector therefore, I choose to make the report on ‘Analysis of Orpat Sweater Limited and its Industry in Bangladesh’ to conclude my B.B.A Program.
The report's first chapter is an introduction that covers the history of Bangladesh's RMG (Read Made Garments) or textile sector, as well as its current condition, growth, and recognition. The chapter also includes background of the report, objective of the report, motivation of the report, scope and definition of the report and definition of key terms.
The second chapter is about company and industry preview which is divided in many parts. This chapter includes overview and history, trend and growth, customer mix, product/service mix, operation, SWOT analysis, specification of the industry, size, trend and maturity of the industry, external economic factor, technological factor, barriers of entry, supplier power, buyer power, threat of substitutes and industry rivalry. All this aspects are described in details.
The third chapter is about the internship experience, which includes position duties and responsibilities, training, contribution to departmental functions, evaluation, skilled applied, new skilled developed and application of academic knowledge. Here, my experience through internship has been discussed.
And finally in chapter four conclusion and key facts have been described. This includes recommendation for improving departmental operation, key understanding and conclusion. There are few recommendation which will help Orpat Sweater Ltd be more organized and bring success in the future.||en_US
