dc.description.abstractDuring COVID-19, consumers worldwide turned to e-commerce to get their food, and many will continue to do so for years. E-commerce grocery is going to be the next corporate upheaval in Bangladesh. The report titled “E-commerce Grocery Business - A Case Study on Chaldal Limited “has been prepared to fulfill the internship program, which is also a requirement to complete the BBA program. This report consists of six chapters titled introduction, company and industry preview, methodology, analysis and findings, internship experience, and conclusion and recommendations. The primary purpose of this report is to analyze the business and marketing activities of Chaldal Limited. Secondary data has been used in this descriptive study. According to the analysis, Chaldal Limited offers a variety of grocery items, and they have a variety of product lines. Chaldal Limited is aimed at young, busy people, especially those who do not have time to prepare their meals. Chaldal Limited should open their branches all over the country. Chaldal Limited needs to obtain a growing number of quality certificates to increase client trust and confidence. Chaldal Limited needs to regularly be aware of consumer behavior to tailor its products to its target market. Thus, the report's findings will offer information into Bangladesh's fast-growing e-commerce grocery business.en_US
