dc.description.abstractThis study is based on twelve weeks of on-the-job training at Southeast Bank Limited (SEBL). This internship program has provided with valuable insight into the workings of a financial firm. This internship report is centered on Southeast Bank Limited's performance management system, and how that system's vivacious and flexible performance management system improves capability and inspires staff. Performance planning, performance execution, performance evaluation, and performance review are all part of the performance management system. Any financial company's performance management system is critical for the company's competitiveness. A performance management system is also necessary for a company's goals to be fulfilled. An efficient performance management system may assist a firm in motivating and retaining its finest personnel. The performance evaluation system determines the whole compensation policy. In this study, attempted to describe how Southeast Bank's performance management system operates. This report also includes recommendations and conclusions that in opinion, would help to improve the bank's performance management system.en_US
