dc.description.abstractCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a self-regulatory business model that enables a company to be socially responsible to its stakeholders and the general public. This intern report has been made on the CSR practices of Bank Asia Limited. The report detailed how Bank Asia carries out its CSR responsibilities. CSR is really a great way to raise morale in the workplace. The report has been prepared for the fulfillment of the internship program, which is also a requirement of the BBA program. The primary purpose of this intern report is to find out the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices of Bank Asia Limited. This report consists of six chapters titled introduction, company and industry preview, methodology, analysis and findings, internship experience, and recommendations and conclusion. Both primary and secondary data were used in this descriptive type of research. Bank Asia spend from 2017 to 2020 a significant amount in Health and disaster management. And also spend a large part in Education. They spend less amounts on sports and arts and culture. But to compete with other banks in the industry, Bank Asia should also extend its contribution to other areas like economic well-being, sports, financial funding, and arts- cultures. By participating in more CSR projects, Bank Asia can strengthen its public image and become Bangladesh's most famous bank for CSR operations.en_US
