dc.description.abstractThis report is mainly based on the Performance management system of Mutual Trust Bank Limited and when it comes to performance management, performance evaluations are closely associated with the process since they are the most often used tool for this reason. So, according to this study, the key objective is to describe how Mutual Trust Bank evaluates and analyzes the performance of its personnel. This report provides a very clear description of the whole procedure. The report is divided into five sections which are included an introduction to the report, literature review of the topic, introduction to the organization, analysis of the data, results of current employees’ performance evaluation, and lastly recommendations and conclusion part. Throughout the report, all of the parts are detailed in a way that is both transparent and descriptive. After all, this report is based on the analysis of two different kinds of data. One kind of data is primary data, while the other type is secondary data. The primary data is gathered by observations on the internship period, interviews, and conducting the survey. Secondary data, on the other hand, are gathered from a variety of sources, including books, articles, and websites.en_US
