dc.description.abstractThis report represents the working experience of an intern on “Agent banking, CSR analysis (2018 and 2020) before and after covid 19 situation of Mutual Trust Bank”. Working as an intern for three months at Mutual Trust Bank, I gather practical knowledge which helps me to write this report. In this report, I will discuss agent banking. Agent banking is becoming one of the fastest growing banking businesses, but there are some limitations and problems. Agent banking provides Specialist Banking services to offer monetary types of assistance to the underserved populace through connected specialists who manage banking exchanges within the interest of the bank. In this report, I talk about the purpose of agent banking ratio analysis for 2018 and 2020, and also discovered before and after COVID situation in mutual trust bank. Because of the corona virus, Mutual Trust Bank donated 50 million to the prime minister’s relief and welfare fund. One day salary from MTB employers donated to the people in need. MTB introduces MTB Extreme, Savings Account, services with free COVID-19 insurance coverage. In this report, I disclose the background, history of the organization, product, and services which are provided by the bank. The mission vision of MTB has also been discussed during this report. The main focus of this report is agent banking, CSR analysis COVID situation. In the end, part of the report is all about the findings and analysis part. While working as an intern in the bank I found some limitations. So I want to give some suggestions as a recommendation to beat those limitations and obstacles.en_US
