dc.description.abstractCustomer Engagement is the incredible relationship between a consumer and a company. It plays an important role in helping marketer understand service performance and customer outcomes. This report is based on customer engagement strategy that some selected organization practice in serving their target customers. Engaging the customer plays an important role in the organization. Without following or creating a proper customer engagement strategy it is impossible to create a loyal customer. The customer engagement strategy helps to earn customer satisfaction. I have used the customer engagement funnel to elaborate how the strategy works and how effective the techniques are. As business, communication has a close relationship with the customer engagement, therefore, detailed discussions on communication their typologies as well as how they affect customer engagement.en_US
