Healthy body and staying at good health is a gift and not everyone can have that. Fast food is mouthwatering food because of good taste and the convenient factors related to this. In this project report I was assign to make a report on “An Exploratory Review of Consequences of Consuming Fast Food” and to make this report I choose about 55 respondents and a set of questionnaires for them to answer and then I made the discussion about the topic. I had collected information data by sending the respondents the questionnaires through online and because of Covid-19 that was difficult to collect data from respondents directly. In this project report I was discussed about the factors that influence the consumers to choose fast food over homemade foods, how fast food affecting us in many ways and the consequences of consuming fast food. To become modern and socialize we are consuming different fast food daily and it’ll put dangerous chemical in our body. As a developed country and a potential business field foreign companies also start their fast food business in Bangladesh from long time ago and they are successfully doing their business and provide us their foods. For time saving, cheap rate and good taste people are taking fast food rather than homemade food. Apart from the good taste and availability in the long run, continuously consuming fast food cause nothing but harmful and dangerous disease for us. It will cost us physically and economically. At last I provide conclusion and recommendation so that food industry can be improved.en_US
