dc.description.abstractThis internship report provides a detailed discussion about the impact of Covid-19 virus on the overall Human Resources Management practices of footwear industry. The purpose of the report is crystal clear, it aims to possess an insight about what's happening within the business organizations, how they're handling the Human Resource practices in their organization during this tough time. Data needed for the project report were collected from both the first and secondary sources. The chapter two of the report contains the literature review of the footwear industry and chapter three discusses the analysis and findings through a diagram where the data collected from various footwear organizations about the impact on the overall Human Resource practices is recorded. Chapter four is the recommendation and concluding chapter where the actual scenario of the Human Resource practices in the footwear industry has been found out and the result was not that impressive. Since the pandemic affected their normal task but the organizations managed to survive in this situation with a motto of not quitting and facing the challenges that came up with a new normal working environment.en_US
