Opening its doors in August 2006 and situated besides the picturesque Gulshan Lake, this hospital is one of the largest private sector healthcare facilities in Bangladesh. The company was incorporated on 10 April 1985 under the Companies Act 1913 named Continental Hospital Limited (CHL) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) as a Private Limited Company and subsequently it was converted into Public Limited Company. The company converted into a Private Limited Company further with the effect from the date of Extraordinary General Meeting held on 29 August 2004.
As approved by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms on 01 July 2005, name of the company has been changed from Continental Hospital Limited (CHL) to United Hospital Limited.
United Hospital Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) was converted to Private Limited Company on 31 July 2005 under the Companies Act (#18) 1994 and further converted as a Public Limited Company on 26 June 2007. It was granted the license as Private Hospital under the Directorate General of Health Services, under the Ministry of Health. The objective of the company is to provide internationally acceptable medical services to patient. The Company commenced its commercial operation in August 2006. The registered office of the Company is located at United Hospital Limited, Plot No.# 15, Road# 71, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.

With the digitalization of the country they try to bring best technology to serve their best. They not only serve the patient but also other hospitals and deal with corporate client. They complete their operations with various department. They has some strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. Those are influence a lot in the profit. I joined there as a intern but work like a permanent employee. I make RSC payment there along with other work. I get informal training there. I work in the Accounts and Finance department. Here I learn a lot from my internship experience. I learn how to behave in corporate culture and deal with different people in different situation. I worked there as a intern. My core responsibility is to make RSC(Revenue Sharing Consultant) payment. I also make tax certificate(19-20) for RSC doctors. The management helps me a lot to do all the respective jobs. Before finishing the intern period they evaluate my performance and they give me A grade. There I need to use my academy knowledge and also some new skills and knowledge gain from there.
