dc.description.abstractThe Internship Report is based on an International Organization named Plan International Bangladesh, and the project analyzes the Selection & Recruitment Process of Plan International Bangladesh. This report gives an overview of the exercises and operational methodologies of HR hiring of the said organization. In Plan International Bangladesh, the "Recruitment and Selection Process" is completed by thoroughly going through each and every step of recruitment. HR department of Plan International Bangladesh has set up a system to select the required human resources with the help of the needed departmental head. All the sensitive information are dealt with confidentially throughout the process. For recruiting an employee, competency is an absolute necessity. In addition to that, the authority looks for candidates with analytical skills, learning capacity and experience. The report primarily describes the nature of the job, different positions, procedures of hiring employees and different types of national and international policies. The HR department carries out the all general and HR activities which include human resource planning, workforce forecasting, recruitment, selection performance appraisal and performance evaluation and assessment, training and training assessment. The job role of an intern in the HR department is mainly assisting in those day to day operations of the organization which is also an excellent way to learn and understands the procedure through on the job training.en_US
