dc.description.abstractThe report has done with personal experience and own point of view and under the HRM department of “Pakiza Knit Composite Ltd.” In the first chapter, the background, source of the data or information, and some restriction that was faced in the organization is included. In the second chapter, a brief discussion about the company including mission, vision and the organization structure is given. The third chapter has deeply discussed the HR function of Pakiza Knit and all other data about function of the department have been discussed. After that some analysis and some recommendation which the organization can use or change for their better environment have been added.en_US
