dc.description.abstractJamuna bank is a service-oriented as well as a profit-oriented organization. My internship report on Employee Satisfaction of Jamuna Bank Limited and I have discussed the present situation of satisfaction level of Jamuna Bank Ltd. Employee Satisfaction is the most important issue to be a concern within the banking industry. Since the market is getting competitive, it is important that and organization should treat their employees fairly so that they stay effective and motivated. Incentives which are one kind of motivation for an employee, including bonuses, salaries, other benefits such as medical benefit, household benefits. It improves and employee’s way of work as they get motivated. Organizations tend to create competitive environment within the organization so that its employees compete themselves in order or achieve new skills.en_US
