dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this report is to focus on organizational development at City Bank Limited by training and development in city Bank Limited. Any kind of training gives the prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base on every employee. The focus of this study is on many forms of training City Bank arranges for the numerous levels of workers defined. The main aim of the study was to create a realistic interpretation of City Bank LTD's preparation and growth for the development of workers and their organization. Chapter one is focused on the origin of the report, scope ,objectives, methodology, limitations of the report and chapter two is based on history, mission, vision, value statements products/ service organization structure. Chapter three gives a brief discussion of hr function of training and development. Chapter four is based on analysis and findings. Chapter five is all about City Bank’s recommendations and conclusions.en_US
