dc.description.abstractAs part of my BBA program, I have completed my project on a well-known organization named National Bank Limited. During my project period, I even have gained valuable knowledge and knowledge within the field of Human Resource. So, supported my learning and knowledge from the organization I even have completed my project report on the “Recruitment and Selection Process of National Bank Limited”. Chapter 1 focus, during this paper I even have tried to focus and analyze the core Human Resource function of “National Bank Limited” and what types of value-added services they’re providing to their employee. Chapter 2, discussed about organization overview, introduction of the organization, mission vision, objectives and their services. Chapter 3 illustrate, about literature review, human resource planning, employee remuneration and benefit, performance management, recruitment and selection processes (function, process) and some scholar’s literature review. Chapter 4 describes recruitment and selection process of National Bank Limited. Chapter 5 illustrate about questionnaire survey analysis and summary of the questionnaire. Chapter 6 described about findings. Chapter 7 discussed about conclusion about the project. Finally, I even have learnt many aspects of HR, working with different sections of the organization. Mainly working with recruitment and selection section of the organization was an excellent learning opportunity.en_US
