That is the reason numerous organizations utilize standard reviews to gauge employee satisfaction and track satisfaction patterns all through the climate. High satisfaction implies employees are content with the manner in which bosses treat them. The determination of this internship report is to determine the level of satisfaction of the employees of Dhaka Bank Limited. The survey reported that highly satisfied employees have a tendency to achieve higher productivity regardless of their job title and salary level and ensuring employee safety and satisfaction can lead to increased sales, lower costs, and increased profitability. To analyse employee satisfaction and to identify the reasons for employee dissatisfaction so that the bank can take precautionary measures, an employee satisfaction survey questionnaire is prepared. It is mainly used to analyse employee satisfaction in the work environment. The survey indicates the degree to which employees agree or disagree with the answers they give to the survey. The survey found that overall employee satisfaction was positive for the bank, but also found some unsatisfactory reasons. Most of the employees are dissatisfied with the current working days, salary, and compensation structure of the bank. Thus, several recommendations have been shared in the final chapter of the study to improve and compensate payroll packages, including career balance, work-life balance, work stress reduction, stress, and flexible work time restructuring. | en_US |
