dc.description.abstractThis report is made on the basis of my twelve weeks practical work experience at Southeast Bank Limited. This internship program helps me to know about the practical scenario of financial company. This internship report is made based on the performance management system of Southeast Bank Limited, how their dynamic and workable performance management system enhances efficiency and motivates the employees. Performance management system includes performance planning, performance execution, performance assessment and performance review. The performance management system is extremely important for any financial company to make the company competitive. Performance management system is also important to enrich the goals of a company. An effective performance management system helps the company motivate their employees and retain the best employees. The whole compensation policy depends on the performance management system. In this report I try to explain how performance management system works in Southeast Bank. This report also consist recommendation and conclusion according to my point of view, which I think would more develop the performance management system of the bank.en_US
