dc.description.abstractCare Me Bangladesh is a startup E- commerce company in Bangladesh. But they are bringing new items for their customers by following new trends & solution of problems by a product. Since, Care Me Bangladesh’s main target is to gain the top position in the top 10 list of E-commerce in the world; they are always trying to capture the E-commerce market with most effective way. In my analysis of external factors of Care Me, some of the factors such as Economic factors, Technological factors which are mostly affected to the company for running their business. But other factors do not have such an effect. In internal analysis, their strengths are good quality web site which is number one position in searching list, unique products variety which are solving the problems of customers. Weakness is – Creating brand awareness but they are working on it continuously. Threats are low internet accessibility in Bangladesh but their opportunity is because they are trying to solve the customers’ problem by giving unique products, the chance of the increasing market share is high in the E- commerce sector in Bangladesh.en_US
