dc.description.abstractThis internship report has been prepared with the organizational profile of NCC Bank Ltd. which provides the bank's background, history, mission, vision, goals, and a list of the products and services they offer to the customer as well as information about their corporate culture and organizational classification. The main part of the report then begins and provides information on the human resource practices of NCC Bank Limited. It provides information on NCC Bank's human resources, recruitment and selection procedures of the bank, training and development, compensation policies, leave management policies, process involved with evaluation of training, evaluation of performances, and career development in phases. Chapters of the report comprise of in depth illustration of HR effectiveness in the bank. The next part of the report contains SWOT analysis which analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and identifies some important issues related to human resource management practices at NCC Bank Limited.en_US
