The all operation system of social islami bank Bangladesh limited, their strength ,weakness
,opportunity and threat. Apart from that provide some recommendation like SIBL take more time
to provide ATM Card where others bank provide card within one day they should reduce time
for providing ATM card. For this study, both qualitative and quantitative approach were used
and both primary and secondary data were captured with the usage of convenience sampling
