Its main purpose Is to transact money safely using telecommunication network. Rural areas where banks are scarce bKash has played a massive role as money transaction service. So that is why bKash has become more popular to the rural people than the urban people. This report contains information about the expectations of the customers regarding bKash and its different features and also its App as well as the after sales service or in another words the customer service. It also contains about the history of the organizations and background. Additionally it has analysis on the basis of some question related to the organization and its different offerings for the customers.
